Kay Mercedes, a seasoned actress, has dedicated her life to the craft. Hailing from the Twin Cities, she graced countless stages during her formative years, cultivating a profound appreciation for Shakespeare. Her journey led her to CalArts, where she honed her skills as part of their esteemed BFA program. Now based in Los Angeles, Kay is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, and can be seen in several national ad campaigns.

Kay is a multifaceted artist with a lifelong passion for movement, rhythm, and music. Trained formally in dance, she glides effortlessly on ice and in roller skates during her free time. Her musical interests span across various instruments, including guitar, ukulele, piano, and West-African and Latin percussion. When not playing instruments, she find joy in singing. Kay's artistic journey is a harmonious blend of grace, rhythm, and melody.

Aside from her acting pursuits, Kay is deeply passionate about mental health and mindfulness. She prioritizes practices like meditation, yoga, and journaling to maintain emotional well-being. Her guiding principle is treating others with kindness and empathy, reflecting the golden rule. Wherever she goes, Kay strives to spread positivity and uplift those around her.
